Our goal is to help Salesforce set new standards for virtual events, particularly around key topics like AI, leveraging scalable content from EMEA.

Methodology

Pre-event Approach
A successful digital event begins with meticulous planning and precise execution. Our pre-event process includes:
Strong Concept Development: We will develop a strong, innovative event concept that drives engagement and enhances the participant experience. This concept will serve as the foundation for all aspects of the event, from content creation and visual design to interactive elements, ensuring that the event feels dynamic and immersive, even in a virtual format.
Registration page management: We will design and manage the event registration page, ensuring it integrates seamlessly with Salesforce’s CRM is wanted. Our goal is to create a user-friendly experience that captures all necessary participant data.
Filming location and setup: Whether the event is live or pre-recorded, we will secure an appropriate filming location with professional AV capabilities, ensuring high production quality. We could also create a real studio in any venue. We will manage all aspects of the setup, from lighting and sound to staging, to ensure that the digital environment reflects Salesforce’s brand and innovation focus.
Event Day Management
To ensure flawless execution on the day of the event, we will handle every technical and logistical aspect
On-site management: Our team will manage the filming location on event day, coordinating with the venue provider, AV teams, and other suppliers to ensure that everything runs smoothly. We will also handle speaker coordination, ensuring they are well-prepared and comfortable with the technical setup.
Broadcasting tool setup: We will manage the setup of the broadcasting tool, ensuring a seamless and engaging user experience. Whether the event is streamed live or pre-recorded for a specific launch time, we will make sure that the technology is robust, reliable, and easy to navigate for participants. We already work with Teams, Zoom and dedicated tools like Livestorm, Eventmaker, Swapcard, etc.
Content Production and Innovation
The core of any digital event is its content. We will work closely with Salesforce to produce engaging, interactive, and innovative content that captivates your audience.
Content production: Our agency will oversee all aspects of content production, from scripting and filming to post-production editing. We will ensure that the content is not only informative but also visually compelling, utilizing engaging storytelling techniques and high-quality graphics.
AI-focused digital series: For your AI digital series, we will leverage pre-existing content from EMEA, adapting it for a localized or broader audience where necessary. Our team will scale the content to suit the needs of your audience, maintaining consistency with the Salesforce brand and messaging while ensuring that it feels fresh and relevant.
Post-event and Replay Management
Once the event has concluded, we will ensure its continued value through efficient post-event management and replay options:
Replay management: To maximize reach and engagement, we will manage the replay options for the digital event, ensuring that recordings are easily accessible to attendees and new audiences. We will host the replays on a dedicated platform, ensuring high availability and a smooth user experience for participants who could not attend live.
Performance analysis: We will provide a detailed post-event report, capturing metrics such as viewership, engagement rates, and participant feedback. This will help Salesforce analyze the success of each event and make data-driven decisions for future virtual experiences.
