Salesforce Innovation Days provide an opportunity to bring the excitement and innovation of Dreamforce directly to local audiences, offering a more intimate experience that delivers key announcements and innovations. With event sizes ranging from 50 to 200 attendees, these smaller-scale events are designed to be efficient and impactful, while staying within a lean budget.

Our agency is committed to delivering these Innovation Days in a manner that minimizes resource strain on Salesforce’s event teams, allowing focus to remain on larger projects like the World Tour and Dreamforce.

Methodology

Pre-event Approach
Given the smaller scale and budget of Innovation Days, our approach is designed for efficiency without compromising on quality. We propose:

Although these events are smaller in size, the attendee experience remains a top priority. We focus on maximizing engagement and innovation through:
Impactful content delivery: Leveraging Dreamforce content, we will deliver plug-and-play keynote, breakout sessions and demos, allowing attendees to engage with specific Salesforce solutions.

We will reuse keynote speeches, demos, and presentations from *Dreamforce*, adjusting them only where absolutely necessary to fit the local context or audience. This plug-and-play model will save time and resources, allowing for quick event setup with minimal input from Salesforce.


Standardized event templates:
We will develop a set of standardized templates for everything from the agenda and registration forms to signage and branding. These templates will streamline the planning process, reducing the need for Salesforce’s creative or marketing teams to get involved in design and production for each event.
Efficient Supplier and Logistics Management
To further reduce Salesforce’s involvement, we will take full responsibility for managing third-party suppliers and logistical arrangements, from venue selection to catering.
