Magical Innovation Days
Our Vision
Salesforce Innovation Days provide an opportunity to bring the excitement and innovation of Dreamforce directly to local audiences, offering a more intimate experience that delivers key announcements and innovations. With event sizes ranging from 50 to 200 attendees, these smaller-scale events are designed to be efficient and impactful, while staying within a lean budget.
Our agency is committed to delivering these Innovation Days in a manner that minimizes resource strain on Salesforce’s event teams, allowing focus to remain on larger projects like the World Tour and Dreamforce.

Light touch approach
To ensure that Salesforce’s internal event teams can focus on larger, more resource-intensive projects like World Tour and Dreamforce, we propose a “light-touch” model for Innovation Days.
This approach is designed to minimize the involvement of Salesforce’s teams while maintaining high standards of execution, ensuring that these events are delivered seamlessly and efficiently with minimal oversight.
Dedicated event manager:
We will assign a single point of contact—a dedicated event manager—to oversee the entire lifecycle of each Innovation Day. This person will be responsible for managing all suppliers, timelines, and deliverables, ensuring Salesforce’s involvement is limited to strategic approvals rather than operational details.
Clear communication framework:
We will establish clear lines of communication with Salesforce’s team, using a project management tool that provides real-time updates and allows Salesforce to easily track progress without needing to be deeply involved in day-to-day activities. This will include concise status reports at key milestones, minimizing the need for constant meetings.
Repurposing dreamforce content:
We will reuse keynote speeches, demos, and presentations from *Dreamforce*, adjusting them only where absolutely necessary to fit the local context or audience. This plug-and-play model will save time and resources, allowing for quick event setup with minimal input from Salesforce.
Standardized event templates:
We will develop a set of standardized templates for everything from the agenda and registration forms to signage and branding. These templates will streamline the planning process, reducing the need for Salesforce’s creative or marketing teams to get involved in design and production for each event.
Vendor contracting and negotiation:
Our agency will handle all aspects of contracting with venues, AV providers, caterers, and other third-party suppliers. We will ensure that all supplier agreements meet Salesforce’s quality standards while negotiating cost savings that fall within the specified budget.
Comprehensive onsite management:
On the day of the event, we will manage all logistical aspects, including registration, speaker coordination, AV setup, and catering. Salesforce’s team can focus on attending the event rather than handling operational details.
Post-event reporting:
Our team will compile a comprehensive post-event report, including budget reconciliation, guest feedback, and analysis of key metrics. Salesforce’s team will receive this report in a format that is easy to review and digest, allowing them to gain insights without needing to sift through raw data.
Recommendations for future events:
Based on learnings from each Innovation Day, we will provide suggestions on how to streamline future events even further, ensuring that each iteration becomes even more efficient and light-touch for Salesforce.
