Pre-event Approach
We emphasize strategic planning for each Summit. To achieve this, we offer:
A clear briefing template, co-created with you, to define the vision, objectives, and expectations of the summit
Rigorous venue selection, considering accessibility, logistical criteria, and capacity, while incorporating sustainability commitments (eco-friendly venues, local suppliers, reducing carbon footprint …).
Comprehensive project management, including budget oversight, deliverables, and timelines, with continuous reporting to the Salesforce team.
On-site Experience and Innovation
We strive to provide a unique experience for participants and partners. On site :
We develop an innovative set design concept that highlights Salesforce's mission and solutions while maintaining brand consistency across all Summits. Demo spaces, partner pods, and activation areas are designed to promote interaction and immersion in the Salesforce ecosystem.
We handle all technical aspects of the event, including audiovisual, internet, production, and speaker management needs. Our team and partners manage the production of plenary sessions, live demos, and client testimonials, working closely with your teams.
We ensure a smooth participant management process with on-site assistance and personalized guest experiences. Our workforce provides on-site support throughout the event.
Post-event Measurement and Engagement
After the event, we ensure a comprehensive follow-up:
Using decicated tools (maybe Salesforce’s real-time CRM ?), we consolidate participation and engagement data, enabling detailed analysis of the event’s outcomes.
We provide video capture solutions to broadcast key moments later, creating a digital extension of the event and increasing its impact on your communities.

As Salesforce grows, the need for consistent delivery of Summits across various regions increases. Establishing a robust governance model becomes essential. This model ensures that, even if different local teams or agencies are tasked with event execution, the standards, values, and objectives of Salesforce are upheld uniformly across all Summits.

To maintain high standards across all Summits, our governance model is structured around three core pillars: Standardization, Collaboration, and Flexibility. Each pillar is designed to balance the need for an unified Salesforce experience while allowing for regional customization based on local needs.

Standardization
We will create detailed, easy-to-follow Summit Guidelines that outline all key elements of the event, including:


Branding and creative standards:
Ensuring that all visual elements, from signage to partner pods, consistently reflect Salesforce’s brand identity. This will include templates and creative assets that local teams can easily customize to fit their specific event while maintaining global coherence.


Guest experience protocols:
Defining best practices for attendee engagement, from registration to on-site interactions, ensuring a seamless and high-quality experience across all regions.


Event flow and format:
Establishing a standardized format for the event’s core components, such as plenary sessions, live demos, and networking areas, to ensure consistency in content delivery and production quality.
Collaboration and Oversight
Our governance model will foster close collaboration between Salesforce’s central team, local agencies, and regional stakeholders to ensure smooth coordination and accountability.


Centralized event steering committee:

This committee, composed of Salesforce event leads, our agency representatives, and key regional stakeholders, will oversee the execution of all Summits and provide final approvals on critical aspects.


Local agency liaison:
A dedicated liaison in each region will work closely with the central team to ensure that Salesforce’s values, messaging, and event standards are adhered to locally.


Project management tools:

We will implement cloud-based project management tools to enable real-time collaboration, tracking of deliverables, and budget management.
Flexibility for Local Customization
We also recognize the importance of allowing local teams to adapt Summits to meet the specific needs of their region. Our governance model will:


Allow for local vendor and venue selection: Regional agencies will have the flexibility to choose suppliers that meet Salesforce’s standards while accommodating local preferences, prthey adhere to the sustainability and inclusivity guidelines.


Tailor content for local audiences: We will provide a core content framework for Summits, but allow local teams to adjust elements to ensure relevance to their regional audiences.


Encourage regional innovation: We will invite local teams to propose innovative activations, entertainment, or formats that enhance the event experience while staying within the guidelines of Salesforce’s values and objectives.

Measurement and Continuous Improvement

To ensure continuous improvement and knowledge sharing across regions, our governance model includes:

Post-event evaluation and feedback loops:
After each Summit, local teams will complete a standardized post-event report, detailing successes, challenges, and areas for improvement. These reports will be reviewed by the Event Steering Committee to identify best practices that will be shared across regions on dedicated online wiki.
